• Available exclusively forqualifying Small Homes / Apartmentswithin the plan's standard size and service scope
•Signature Membership pricing is exclusively available for qualifying Small Homes / Apartments. Medium and Large homes are not eligible for the $299/month membership rate and may be serviced under our standard Recurring Cleaning rates
• Home eligibility and service scope must be confirmed by Prime Clean Luxury
• Homes exceeding the Signature plan's qualifying size or requiring additional labor are not eligible for the$299 membership rate
• Excessive buildup or conditions requiring additional labor may require an additional charge or a different service
• Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, hoarding cleanup, biohazard services, and specialty cleaning are not included unless specifically stated
• Complimentary services are limited to eligible services designated by Prime Clean Luxury and do not roll over
• Additional services may be added for an additional fee
• Membership benefits and discounts apply only while the membership remains active and in good standing
• Membership renews automatically each month until canceled in accordance with the Membership Program Terms & Conditions
