Plan Guidelines:
• Monthly membership: $399/month
• Includes up to four scheduled standard cleaning visits per monthly membership cycle, generally scheduled approximately once per week
• Available exclusively for qualifying Small Homes / Apartments within the plan's standard size and service scope
• Home eligibility and service scope must be confirmed by Prime Clean Luxury
• Homes exceeding the Premier plan's qualifying size or requiring additional labor are not eligible for the $399 membership rate
• Excessive buildup or conditions requiring additional labor may require an additional charge or a different service
• Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, hoarding cleanup, biohazard services, and specialty cleaning are not included unless specifically stated
• Complimentary add-ons are limited to eligible services designated by Prime Clean Luxury and do not roll over
• Additional services may be added for an additional fee
• Membership benefits and discounts apply only while the membership remains active and in good standing
• Membership visits are limited to the applicable monthly membership cycle and unused visits do not roll over
