By purchasing a membership, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable service frequency, eligibility requirements, recurring billing, service limitations, and terms described below.

Membership services are intended for routine residential maintenance cleaning. Homes requiring deep cleaning, excessive buildup removal, post-construction cleaning, hoarding cleanup, biohazard remediation, or other specialized services may require additional services and charges.

Essential Membership — $149.99/month

Designed for clients seeking consistent monthly professional home maintenance.

Includes:

• One professional standard cleaning per month

• Kitchen surface cleaning

• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing

• Dusting of accessible surfaces

• Vacuuming and mopping of floors

• Exterior appliance cleaning

• Trash removal and general tidying

• Priority scheduling

• 10% discount on eligible additional services

• Access to member-only promotions

Eligibility:

• Maximum of 2 bedrooms

• Maximum of 2 bathrooms

• Property must fall within the applicable home-size requirements

• Home must be in a condition appropriate for routine maintenance cleaning

Homes exceeding these limits or requiring additional labor may require a plan upgrade or separately priced service.

Signature Membership — $299/month

Designed for clients who prefer more frequent professional home maintenance.

Includes:

• Two professional cleanings per month

• Preferred member pricing

• Priority scheduling

• 15% discount on eligible deep cleaning services

• 10% discount on eligible add-on services

• One complimentary refrigerator or oven interior cleaning every three months

• Access to member-only promotions

Services and benefits are subject to the property's eligibility, condition, size, and applicable service scope.

Premier Membership — $399/month

Our highest-frequency membership designed for clients seeking continuous professional home maintenance and enhanced member benefits.

Includes:

• Weekly professional cleaning

• VIP scheduling priority

• Preferred member pricing

• 20% discount on eligible deep cleaning services

• Preferred pricing on eligible move-in/move-out services

• One complimentary rotating eligible add-on per month

• Priority access to available last-minute appointments

• Exclusive member benefits

Services and benefits remain subject to property eligibility, service availability, and the applicable scope of work.

Recurring Billing & Authorization

Memberships are recurring subscription services. By enrolling, the client authorizes Prime Clean Luxury LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the applicable membership fee at the recurring interval disclosed at checkout.

Membership charges will continue until the membership is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Additional services, upgrades, or work outside the membership's included scope may result in additional charges. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the client.

Property Condition & Eligibility

Membership pricing is intended for qualifying homes receiving routine maintenance cleaning.

Prime Clean Luxury LLC reserves the right to evaluate the condition and service requirements of a property. If a home requires substantially more time, labor, equipment, or specialized cleaning than contemplated by the selected membership, the company may recommend a deep cleaning, additional service, or membership upgrade before recurring maintenance service continues.

Services Not Included Unless Specifically Stated

Membership cleaning does not automatically include deep cleaning, interior windows, interior appliance cleaning, excessive buildup removal, organization, post-construction cleaning, hoarding cleanup, biohazard or trauma cleaning, environmental remediation, or other specialized cleaning services unless specifically included as a membership benefit or purchased separately.

Scheduling & Service Availability

Cleaning appointments are subject to availability. Priority or VIP scheduling provides enhanced scheduling preference but does not guarantee a specific date, time, or cleaning professional.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients should provide reasonable advance notice when requesting to reschedule a cleaning appointment. Late cancellations, denied property access, or missed appointments may be subject to the company's applicable cancellation or rescheduling policy.

Cancellation of an individual cleaning appointment does not automatically cancel the client's recurring membership.

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with Prime Clean Luxury LLC's cancellation procedures.

Cancellation prevents future membership renewals after the cancellation becomes effective. Amounts already charged or services already provided remain subject to the applicable payment and refund policies.

Discounts & Complimentary Benefits

Membership discounts and complimentary benefits apply only to eligible services and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless otherwise stated, unused complimentary services, discounts, or membership benefits do not accumulate or roll over.

Membership benefits are for the enrolled client/property and may not be transferred without authorization from Prime Clean Luxury LLC.

Changes to Memberships

Prime Clean Luxury LLC may modify membership benefits, pricing, eligibility requirements, or service terms. When legally required, clients will receive appropriate advance notice before material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription become effective.

Continued use or renewal of the membership following the effective date of an applicable change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of Membership Terms

By purchasing a membership and selecting the required acknowledgment during checkout, the client confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these Membership Program Terms & Conditions and authorize recurring billing according to the membership selected.
